What are the specialties of law?

  • Law specialization:

The law is a science from the social sciences concerned with the study of a set of rules and general laws, which in turn regulates the social relations between members of society, and respected by all members of society without distinction between them.

  • Branches of law specialization:

Law specialization is divided into many disciplines:

  • Public Law:

It is a comprehensive study of the rules governing the regulation of relations between several parties. This law includes several sections, the most important of which are:

  • Administrative Law:

It is the law that regulates the activities of the executive branch, through which it performs its administrative functions, in addition to how it manages the public facilities and the relationship between the state and its employees.

  • Financial Law:

This law deals with the organization of all financial matters in the general budget of the State, in addition to all the resources and expenses related to them. The Financial Market Law, the Competition Law, the Customs Law and the general employment laws are included under this law.

  • The Constitutional law:

This law is based on the study of rules and laws that are relevant to the foundations upon which the system of governance and the basic principles of the State are based.

  • Private law:

This law is defined as a comprehensive study of each of the rules and laws that regulate the relations between individuals who lose any sovereign status of their own. The law includes several branches:

  • Civil law:

 This is concerned with the study of laws and rules that deal with the relations between the members of society, and under this law many civil cases such as sanctions and other issues.

  • Criminal Law:

Is the law that deals with the study of laws and rules about crimes.

  • Law functions:

When a student completes his studies in law, he / she can apply for a variety of related functions, such as a lawyer, a legal adviser, a budget specialist, an economic researcher or a legal researcher, a director of public services or an administrative.
